Access Governance Superbadge ā€“ Monitor Data Changes challenge not recognizing special org

Hi Trailblazers, 

 

I'm working on the Access Governance Superbadge ā†’ Monitor Data Changes

challenge. I have completed the required configuration and connected the hands-on org to my Trailhead account. 

 

However, when I click Check Challenge, I receive the following error:

ā€œWe can't find the required permission sets, groups, or users preinstalled in your org. Make sure you're using the special Developer Edition org made for this Superbadge and linked in the scenario above.ā€

I have verified that the org is connected to Trailhead, but the challenge is still not recognizing the required preinstalled configuration. 

 

Has anyone faced the same issue with this challenge recently? Is there anything specific I should verify regarding the special Developer Edition org or its connection to Trailhead? 

 

I have attached the screenshot of the error for reference.

    @Deepak Sharma For this error, the key point is that connecting the org to Trailhead is not enough. The challenge requires the special Developer Edition org created specifically for the Access Governance Superbadge.

    Check:

    •  You created the org using the special org link in the challenge scenario. 
    •  The org is connected to the same Trailhead account you're using for the challenge. 
    •  The required preinstalled permission sets, groups, and users are present. 
    •  Don't use a normal Developer Edition or Trailhead Playground. 

    If all of these are correct and it still fails, share the screenshot of the error/org setup and I can pinpoint the issue.

Unable to Find Data 360 (Data Cloud) App in Playground

Hi everyone,

Iā€™m trying to complete the Data 360 Fundamentals Superbadge in Trailhead, but Iā€™m stuck because I cannot find the Data Cloud / Data 360 app in my Playground.

As shown in the attached screenshot, I opened the App Launcher and searched for ā€œData Cloudā€, but it shows ā€œNo results.ā€

I have tried this several times and refreshed the Playground, but Iā€™m still unable to find the app.

Could someone please help me understand:

  • Why the Data Cloud/Data 360 app is not appearing?
  • Is there any setup or permission that I need to enable?

I would really appreciate your help. Thank you!

Superbadge: Object Relationships Error

I am working on the Configure Standard Objects stage of the Superbadge: Object Relationships. I believe I have done everything in the step, but I get the error: 

We can't find the expected field that represents the relationship between Account and Campaign described on the entity relationship diagram. 

On the Account object, I have created a field with an optional lookup relationship to the Campaign object. 

What am I missing?

    @Zach McKenzie - actually it is a 1:N between Account:Campaign. 1 Account can have many Campaigns. In Salesforce the relationships is always configured on the many side i.e. the child side. So, your relationship field needs to be in Campaign.

Superbadge issues

I am currently working on my Superbadge: Report Administration for Agentforce Readiness, and no matter the changes I make, I keep getting this error message:

The Open Opps Accts Ownership report isn't using the correct filters or isn't grouped as specified, by owner and owner active status (not account active status). Make sure you're using a type of filter that crosses objects and restricts the records displayed to only accounts with open opportunities. Review the Help article for resources related to this challenge.

I have followed the resource articles, and still cannot seem to find a solution for this. Has anyone come across this before?

In App Customization Specialist Challenge 3 it showing these error message

Challenge Not yet complete... here's what's wrong:

There was an unexpected error in your org which is preventing this assessment check from completing: System.DmlException: Insert failed. First exception on row 0; first error: REQUIRED_FIELD_MISSING, Required fields are missing: [Cumulative_Volunteers_Needed__c]: [Cumulative_Volunteers_Needed__c]

 

In App Customization Specialist Challenge 3 it showing these error message

Cannot Connect Org for Superbadge Data Stream Fundamentals

Hi, I am having issues creating the special org for the Superbadge 'Data Stream Fundamentals' 

 

  1. I create the new org through the special link: https://orgfarm.salesforce.com/signup?type=superBadge&badge=DSFSU
  2. I change password and log in as per usual process
  3. When I try to Connect the Org (Trailhead > Hands-On Orgs > Connect Org) I get a message saying that I am trying to connect the wrong type of org.

I tried creating a new Org on the above link, and now, I get to step 2, but when I now try to connect the org, I am kicked out of the newly created Org and I cannot log in again, even if I change my password. 

 

I have tried on Chrome and Edge. 

 

Can anyone help, please?

     The New button is not visible because the agent needs to be deactivated first before adding or removing actions. In the screenshot, it also shows the message: ā€œTo add or remove actions, your agent must be deactivated.ā€ 

    Try clicking Deactivate (if the agent is currently active), then go back to the topicā€™s Actions tab. You should then see the option to add a new action. 

    Also make sure the action you want to add is already available/created in Agent Actions. Once the agent is inactive, it should allow you to assign it to the topic.  The Salesforce documentation on adding actions to topics may also be useful if you want to check the setup requirements.

Anyone that can assist with this error on trailhead : We can't find the Submit for Approval button with the correct criteria on the Research Proposal Record Page.

Details : I have checked everything , the approval process , lightning record page , permissions , app assignment etc :( and still stuck after 3 days...

How can I display custom Opportunity Contact Role fields in the "Add Contact Role" popup on an Opportunity?

I created several custom fields on the Opportunity Contact Role object. I want these fields to be available in the "Add Contact Role" popup that appears when adding a Contact Role from an Opportunity.

I have already added the custom fields to the Opportunity Contact Role Multi-Line Layout, but they are still not displayed in the popup.

Is this popup customizable to show custom Opportunity Contact Role fields? If so, are there any additional configuration steps required? If not, what is the recommended Salesforce approach for capturing custom Opportunity Contact Role field values during contact role creation?

I've attached a screenshot for reference.

    Hi Suhani, currently, Salesforce does not support customizing the standard 'Add Contact Role' multi-line layout pop-up to display custom fields, even if you add them to the multi-line layout. This is a known platform limitation.Recommended Approach: As a workaround, you can create a custom Screen Flow using Flow Builder to capture the contact roles along with your custom fields, and expose it via a custom quick action button on the Opportunity page.

Help with an error on a superbadge

I'm working on the Translate Text with a Prompt Template and Record-Triggered Flow assignment. I'm stuck on the below error. 

 

The 'Translate Survey Input' action is not associated with a Fitness, Account, and Contact record. Review the 'Work with the Prompt Template in a Flow' scenario and related Help article section.

 

I have gone throught the exersise several times I can't get past this error. In the flow I have accounted for the account, Fitness, and contact settings. I'm not sure where else to check
