Users of the NPSP community are experiencing issues when they need to reset the password through the forgotten password button on the login page. When the link to reset the password is send to their inbox and when they click on the link, the system or the link take them back to the reset password page again and looping like that. Only when the Admin from the system setup rest the password then the users are able to reset their password.
Has anyone experience this? Or what could be a solution to solve this issue?

Hi,
I have weird issue. One NGO got their license approved on 13th of May (we have mail with confirmation). It was not trial version od NPSP, but full access. Two days ago everything was working fine. Today we cannot access org, because of 'Trial Expired' error.
Trial did not expired, because it was no trial. To whom I can address this issue for the quickest response time? NGO is located in Poland and we supposed to start training sessions today.
