• 1+ years of hands-on experience in FSL OR 3+ years of hands-on experience in Service Cloud
• 3+ years of experience as a Solution Architect and/or Business Analyst
• 3+ years of client-facing consulting experience
• Good English
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Less than 8-10 hours to respond to customer inquiries or issues

Hi Community, Could anyone please suggest me learning materials for preparation of salesforce certiified  service cloud consultant exam?. I am currently learning the prepare for your salesforce certified service cloud consultant module and almost going to finish it and would like to refer more materials.

It would be really helpful if anyone could guide me.

Thank you for the Service Cloud Consultant certification prep webinar. It helped me with several questions, and I passed the certification test, wohoo! 

Hi Guys , I registered for Sales Force Service Cloud Exam, its on 20th MAy, I am in UAE, I am not sure what time zone is considered in the exam. The email says as below

"You've decided to take your Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant (SP20) exam as an online proctored exam at 18:45H (24-hour clock) on Wednesday, 20 May 2020 and will have 105 minutes to complete your exam. You can complete the exam remotely from your own computer."

Can someone help me with the time .

However, the link has gone bad and I now receive the 404 error when I click.    Can anyone tell me where this has moved?

Hi!,

I've purchased 2 vouchers for Certifications as i intend to take the Administrator exam, which I registered to next month, and then the Service Cloud Consultant exam (hopefully if I pass the Admin one).

I'm trying to register to the Service Cloud exam but it won't let me, obviously, because i haven't finished the first one yet.

What can i do in order to keep my second voucher? taking into consideration that my voucher expires on this Tuesday
