Minimum Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1+ years of hands-on experience in FSL OR 3+ years of hands-on experience in Service Cloud
• 3+ years of experience as a Solution Architect and/or Business Analyst
• 3+ years of client-facing consulting experience
• Good English
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Less than 8-10 hours to respond to customer inquiries or issues
