Inbox - MS 365 Events not showing up in "Today's Events" component

EAC is connected and functioning as expected.

We have successfully linked Salesforce to MS 365 and linked Outlook to Salesforce with the Outlook plug-in.

Outlook calendar events are showing up in Salesforce Calendar as part of the Microsoft Outlook Calendar, separate from My Events.

There are events in the Outlook calendar in Salesforce.

On the Home page, the default Today's Events lightning component is empty as there are no events in My Events.

How do we get the Outlook events into the Today's Events lightning component? Is the only functionality to show Salesforce originating Events on the "Today's Events" component?

Thanks for any help you may have.

Hi, I have the same problem but I didn't find any solution.

    Someone has an idea?

I've already connect the events on EAC in both directions, but my Today's Events not showing the Office 365 events

Salesforce Inbox:

Client is using Outlook. Calendar Events sync to Salesforce as a new calendar, not the user's calendar. Hence, these events do not show up on the Today's Events lightning component. How do we get all calendar events to appear on the Today's Events component?

Without this, the client is questioning the value of the license fee. It doesn't make sense to them for each user to have two calendars in Salesforce.

SF Inbox: Outlook Events do not create an Event record in SF, hence the activity is not measurable. SF just shows a window in Outlook. One of the major failings of SF Inbox. Therefore, they will not appear in Today's Events component.
