#Junior Admin1 discussing

Hello Trailblazer Community! I’m currently looking for a remote, part-time Jr. Salesforce Admin opportunity. I hold my Admin Certification and have gained solid hands-on experience through sandboxes and Trailhead, but I am now looking to apply these skills in a real-world org.

I am open to volunteer or trial work to get started.

Does anyone know of a job opening or some way to bridge that experience gap?

I’d love to connect with anyone who might have advice for a new admin looking to get their foot in the door. Thanks in advance!

New admins or potential admins, are you wondering where to start? Veteran admins, are a lot of people asking you that question? I thought it was time for a blog post around helping a new admin get going in the right direction!

HOW did you get your first job?

I am looking to change careers from retail sales to IT and become a Salesforce Admin, but I am discouraged by the number of job listings that require 2-5 years experience. How did YOU get your first Salesforce Admin position and what suggestions do you have for someone getting started to get a foot in the door as a junior Admin with no experience.

I have been doing a lot of trailhead modules and recently just acquired Admin Certification. I’ve been on multiple interviews but no company wants to even give me a “chance” to prove myself or gain the experience I need. Any HELP will I’ll be greatly appreciated.

Hi! I just passed the Administrator Certification exam and am looking for a Junior Admin position. I was wondering if anyone knew how to find out which companies in South Florida use Salesforce, so I could focus on contacting them? Thank you in advance for any suggestions. Many thanks, Deirdre

Hello Everyone,

I am currently looking for a Junior Administrator position in WASHINGTON DC to gain professional experience, and have already passed the Salesforce.com Certified Administrator (201) certification exam. Years of experience in the hospitality industry as a successful General Manager have fine-tuned my cross-communication, data analysis and management, and client relations skills, and I am eager to apply them to the Salesforce community. Can anyone please refer me to any opportunities in the DC METRO AREA? Thank you.
