#Contact Lookup Field0 discussing

Hello Everyone! Question and maybe this has been done but my google-fu is not up to par today. Trying to see if its possible to do a Lookup filter on a contact field that will be on the log a call layout. A little context we are trying to narrow the lookup to just the contacts associated to the account whenever someone logs a call. Instead of it showing the most recently viewed. Unless there is something I missing about tasks/activities. Hope this makes sense!

When my Users create an Opportunity from a Contact related list, the Contact shows up in the Contact Roles related list on the Opportunity.  Is there a way to have the Contact also show up on a Contact Lookup Field on the Opportunity when the new Opportunity screen opens?  I can fill it in later with a Process Builder, but is there a way to have it populated when the new screen shows up?  Thanks

I am trying to update a picklist field on Contact with the Stage Value of an Opportunity. We have a Contact lookup field on Opportunity, but I am unable to get to the field in question via Process Builder. Is there a way to accomplish this declaratively? (I can see other Contact fields, but not this one.)

Our use case: we use a specific Opportunity Record Type to track applications. We want to update the value of a Picklist field on Contact so that the value in that field matches the most recent application.
