    Hi @faith patrick

You can reduce the rows by adding filters:

    https://help.tableau.com/current/pro/desktop/en-us/filtering.htm

You can reduce the columns by producing a view for export that has less pills on the Rows shelf.

If I'm misunderstanding your question then please do post more info, ideally after reading this guidance on how to post a good question: https://community.tableau.com/s/feed/0D54T00000V9zpRSAR

Hi,

I am making a series of videos on Tableau for beginners. I know many people in this group are already experts , may have good hands on experience. But, most of you might encounter freshers or people who would like to learn Tableau. It would be nice if you could share this link with them. It helps my work to get better reach. If you like my work don't forget to like, share and subscribe. Thank you. Have a nice day :)

    Hello @sailaja rani pusuluri,

I've not used Diver before so am not too sure about what best practices that can be offered here.

As for Custom SQL, many of us (me included) are very well versed in writing optimised SQL for use in Tableau, we just need to gain an understanding of your requirements.
