Option 1

Title: From Discovery to Go-Live: Where Change Management Breaks at Every Phase

Abstract: Salesforce projects don't fail all at once.

This session walks the full lifecycle of an implementation — steady state and pre-planning, planning and discovery, requirements, build and demo, UAT, and go-live. At each stop we name what change management actually looks like, what it costs in time and money, and the specific way it tends to break (or succeed).

Option 2: UAT

Titles: "UAT: How to make UAT meaningful (and actually get the team to test)”

Abstract: Everyone schedules UAT. Far fewer get real testing out of it.

Testers who don't know what they're supposed to be looking for, comms that arrive after testing has already started, acceptance criteria written for developers rather than users, and no answer to "why is this my job on top of my actual job."

We'll cover proven UAT structures and assets, including easy-to-use testing trackers, and side-by-side current-state/future-state guides, and how to write acceptance criteria a business user can act on. This is what it takes to make UAT feel useful, rather than homework.

Hey all - I have a Dreamforce ticket, but am going to visit my new niece instead this year . If anyone is still looking for a ticket, send me a DM on LinkedIn.

I paid $750 for it in the partner early bird, so best offer will suffice! I missed the refund window but can transfer the ticket.

Leadership development is critical—but proving its value to skeptical executives can be a challenge. If you’ve ever been asked, “What business results did that training actually deliver?
