Hi! I work for a nonprofit, and I am an expert on Data Cloud (aka CDP). I am passionate about what this tool can do for nonprofits, especially for their fundraising use cases.

I am in the Salesforce ecosystem for last 3 years serving law firm Clients in implementation and managed service projects. I am experienced in solution design, configuration, customization, process streamlining, data mapping, salesforce flows, and outlining best practices to ensure alignment with client objectives. 

I have Salesforce Certified Administrator certification and preparing for Platform Builder App certification.

Currently, I am seeking volunteering opportunity to learn and diversify my skills and knowledge in other salesforce areas; also as an precursive to other salesforce certification learnings.

I've worked as a Siebel CRM developer in multiple projects and currently trying to get into Salesforce. I have gained 4 certs until now including CPQ.

I can work on both admin and development tasks including Flows, Apex, LWC etc

would love to volunteer for projects. I have already signed up on impactexchange and exploring projects posted but can't see apply button on them. Any idea how do we apply for the projects?

Hi there! We are a small nonprofit looking for pro bono support to set up the fundraising portion of Nonprofit Cloud. We have several different types of donors, including HNWI and institutional partners, some of which give MY pledges. I'm struggling to make sense of Opportunity vs. Gift Commitment. I understand that Commitments are used more for MY pledges, but I want to see my entire pipeline in one spot and I'm not sure how I could do that if one-time gifts live in Opportunities and MY pledges live in Commitments. Would love to pick someone's brain on this - I don't think we'd need more than a few hours together. Thank you in advance!

Hello, hopefully someone can help.   

I entered the Impact exchange website and entered a project.  When I save all the information, you get a pop up saying to review the draft before publishing, and after that it takes me to a blank page.  I cannot review, nor enter a new project.  I am using Chrome and also tried on Brave, and same thing.   

What could be happening?  Any help is appreciated.  I am attaching a screeshot.
