Out Teach, a nonprofit based in Washington, DC, works with teachers in schools across the country to transform the outdoors into active learning labs that unlock the wonder of science for students.
The Salesforce platform is the core tool for the entire organization. Although the team was familiar with the maintenance and care required for the system as a whole, they had reached a point within the organization where additional support for their in-house admin and guidance around how to grow and evolve their CRM was needed.

When This Change Takes Effect
Remind me, what’s Changing?
Salesforce is enforcing phishing-resistant Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for all users with the System Administrator profile, Modify All Data, View All Data, Customize Application, or Author Apex permissions). This applies to direct UI logins and Single-Sign-On (SSO) logins, across both production and sandbox orgs.
