I would like to build a login flow to either warn users who log into Salesforce via IE11 or prevent them from logging in via IE11. My goal is to make sure that all of our users are using Chrome to take advantage of all Lightning features. Is this a common type of flow?

@Anthony Lullo i actually don't know. But i'm using data loader now and then. I don't think that should give any problems.
