PropertyBase Users

Kind of a quiet group, huh? :) We've been using Propertybase for over a year now. If you want to discuss anything, let me know.

Anyone else been having issues with action plans since the last PropertyBase update? PropertyBase support is supposed to be working on it but it's been over a month, maybe close to 2 without resolution at this point. Does anyone have any other solutions? 

I think my users would benefit from quickly adding info to a record (i.e. Contact), by which they could then filter later in a list view. I found Lightning Universal Tagging in the AppExchange, but it uses a custom junction object, which is dynamic and scalable, however, users couldn't filter by it in a list view. So, I was considering building one that would just use a text field or multipicklist for the tags, but with an easy interface (like Lightning Universal Tagging or a LWC) to where they could quickly add/remove tags. This would also allow them to filter in a list view.
