NED 2024 is less than one month away, can you believe it?!
A couple announcements, as we look forward to seeing everyone in Manchester:
- The NED app & session signups are now live, so once you have your ticket, you can sign up for sessions & reserve your seat in the limited, first-come first-serve Hands on Trainings. Space can sell out, we recommend signing up ASAP!
- If you're interested in volunteering at NED while you're there, please drop us your info at https://northeastdreamin.com/2024-volunteer/. Volunteers help us make the show possible!
- Need a carpool or want to connect with other NED attendees? Make sure to download the Whova app and check out the Community board - there are many threads started for job postings, carpooling, meetups at the event, and more.

Only 1 week away from NED 2023! And Hands on Trainings are filling up fast.
Make sure you're registered and download the app to ensure your spot in the HoTs! While breakout sessions are first come first served, HoT seats are limited, and you must be pre-registered to be guaranteed a seat.
There's lots of great conversations about meetups and folks looking to connect in the app as well - definitely check in out!

The event has not gone live yet in whova, but will be soon. We're currently collecting speaker bios and headshots, and finalizing the agenda. However, the session titles, times and descriptions will be going live on northeastdreamin.com this week!
Most sessions will be first come first serve, and won't have a formal registration element. Hands on training may be an exception.
We heard feedback folks need a little more time for submitting sessions, so the NED 2023 Call for Proposals deadline has been extended to June 30, midnight ET.
Related, we'll do one final office hours session to help workshop proposals on June 27th, 7pm ET.
