We have a requirement to create customized component like Engagement History Dashboard in Salesforce.

You can build this using a custom LWC + Apex. Use Apex to query the required Engagement History/activity data, aggregate it as needed, and expose it to the LWC for charts, filters, and summary metrics. If the requirement is mainly reporting, also check whether standard Reports/Dashboards can meet it before developing a custom component.
