Since Winter 27, if we try to deploy a permission set that has ViewSetup in it, we get this error, "The user license doesn't allow the permission: ViewSetupAuditTrail ". That permission was separated out I realize, but it is not even included in the permission set that is being deployed. I would remove it, but it is not in the permission set.
Has anyone else faced this and any suggestions?
