I created a new connector
- it validated & registered the passkey & MuleSoft accepted the connection
- but when saving the flow, it logs in as the new connection user, not my SF Admin user
- since that user isn't allowed to Activate flows, it errors
- I then log out of that user & back in as my Admin, try Activating the flow, & get same "Activation Failed" error

Your IU isn’t allowed to activate flows or your MuleSoft Composer user isn’t allowed to?
I’ve gotten that error before and it’s not super helpful, sometimes it can be a permissions issue on the SF side.
I’d expand my Composer process to see all fields and make sure everything is filled out and that the IU has access to those fields in SF.
