Events delayed by an hour or more today.

@Raj Advani and everyone. Today we're seeing some real delays in CDC events being delivered to our pub/sub subscriber. I checked our limits and for the last 7 days the limits API has shown us at 20% usage at the highest spike. I'm wondering if there's a known issue like there was last time I posted here: https://trailhead.salesforce.com/trailblazer-community/feed/0D5KX00000jAAFY0A4
Events are starting to flow again, but they're more than an hour old - just looking for any info that might explain this.
