Hello! I'm exploring the idea of creating a fully populated "ideal Salesperson" user. From Leads, to Quotes, to Sales calls, I'd like to populate this "ideal Salesperson" to show how the team can leverage all aspects of our salesforce org and find value in following processes. What is the best way to deploy this type of user? Ideally I wouldn't have to use a live license for this user. Any ideas or recommendations are appreciated!

User training like this should be done in a sandbox. You should be able to free up one of your sandbox licenses for this.
