I have a dashboard where the action filters are run by selecting icons/bar chart/pie chart.
Also, I have a refresh icon that removes all action filters applied.
However, I see that "refresh" icon stays highlighted after first refresh action. When you want to run the "Refresh action" again , we have to first deselect the mark and then select it again to run the refresh action.

So courtesy of @Yuri Fal brilliant solution, you can do this like so.
First create 2 calculated fields
[TRUE]
TRUE
[FALSE]
FALSE
now add the [TRUE] field to the detail tile on your refresh worksheet.
Next set up a highlight action going from the reset sheet to the reset sheet (in the dashboard) which highlights on the TRUE dimension.
Next set up a Filter action which goes from the reset sheet to the (actual) reset sheet, pass the dimension TRUE to FALSE.
...and that's it (a self resetting action)
If you look at the attached you can see the 2 actions I've added (both starting Self Resetting...)
