Spring ‘26 Documentation Review - REVIEWERS NEEDED

Hi all! I'm the content strategist for the Nonprofit Cloud documentation team. I'm hoping that you would like to lend your eyes, expertise, and voice and help us in reviewing our new documentation for the Spring '26 release

.

Each release, the documentation team conducts “field validation” reviews where we ask partners, customers, and internal teams to review our new documentation. These reviews are just for the new features, and we take the feedback from reviewers and create work items for the team to address in current and future articles. The feedback that we get from y'all is so valuable, very much appreciated, and makes our docs better now and in the future!

Here’s an overview of the process:

  • I’ll send you a spreadsheet with the articles to review.
  • You can review all of the articles or just the areas that interest you the most. Whatever you have time for!
  • When you’re done, I’ll go through your comments and create work items for our writers.
  • At the end of the review process, I will send an invite for all of us to hop on a call and talk about the documentation experience in a more general sense.

Let me know if you'd like to participate (I hope so!) and I'll send the materials. I would like to have the reviews completed by March 1st

. That should give me enough time to review your feedback and create work items before I report out to my team.

Have a happy day!
