Difference in Performance Component on Home Page?

Hi, 

I have added the Performance Component to some home pages and the detail it displays is different per user. 

For me (System Admin) I see the forecast weekly changes which is what I need ever user to see 

However, the other users see a standard Quarterly performance graph   

Any idea on what permissions or settings I need to change so we all see the same. The users have the 'Allow Forecasting' option checked on their user record, and their user profiles have visibility of the Forecast tab and can see the weekly changes chart through this tab
