Why does the report or dashboard affect the layout of the record page, the details tab has been removed. And Why does the conversion rate report not populate the data.

Good Day,     I'm addressing 2 issues:    First one, I've created a few reports for Leads and a dashboard and noticed the Lead Record Layout is changes. It's suppose to show Details of the Lead and that seemed to be removed. Why?    All I created on the report was Total Number of Leads, Lead Conversion Metrics (Last 30 Days), Lead Status Analysis, Lead Source Performance (Last 30 Days) & Lead Ownership Summary. Please help me identify the issue here.    Secondly, the Conversion Rate report is empty there's no data. How or where should I put data for the conversion rate report to appear with data, maybe I'm missing something when I created the report.     Kindly note, this has nothing to do with trailhead assessments. This is related to whom I'm working for, I used the trailhead as a mock-up.    Please let me know if you need to access the trailhead to check for more details.    Thank you.  Warm Regards,  Rinitha Kumar.
