Unfortunatelly your question seems a little bit confusing. I don't know if:

    a. You want to create the options of a parameter, so the user in a second dashboard can select between the possibles values.

    b. You want to filter a field by multiples values, thus in a first workbook let's say the user select Region North, South and East, and you want to filter exactly the same three values in a second dashboard.

If the first, my recommendation would be you to create a select box directly in the html, and using javascript api to filter dinamically according to what the users select:

    https://github.com/tableau/embedding-api-v3-samples/blob/main/react-samples/src/samples/viz-parameters.tsx

If the second, my recommended approach would be the same, to have a multi select box directly in the html of the first workbook, and when needed then use the select box info to pass info to the new dashboard.

If this post resolves the question, would you be so kind to "Select as Best"?. This will help other users find the same answer/resolution and help community keep track of answered questions. Thank you.
