I have a dataset containing events which are logged by time and day of the week. I need a way to work with subsets of the dataset based on both day of the week and a time periode, eg. Mondays between 13:10 and 13:45. I need to create around 15 subsets.
The data looks like this in excel - weekdays are in Danish, but should be recognisable.
Any advice?

Thank you. It's the how that's tripping me up :-) Basically, how do I define a specific timeframe (say, between 13:10 and 13:45) and get all values within that set, without having to pick them all manually.
