Tableau Server does not save the snowflake data source credentials

Greetings of the day,

The user published the dashboard with a scheduled refresh on to the tableau server. However, he saved his Snowflake account information under the data source #Actions ⌗Edit connection. For the first time, it saved, and he could manually hit refresh. But for the next scheduled run, the server didn't save his snowflake account information under the connection, so it failed. Could you tell us why that information isn't being saved in the edit connection under Actions?
