Hi,

I have a data set with a lot of fields, a really large amount, that I am looking to simplify using Prep.

I have 10 fields related to seeking advice from different Government sources. For my visualization I am not really bothered about that level of detail. I am only interested in if advice was taken using a Gov resource.

For example, Lets say I have the following fields:

Advice - Gov Website

Advice - Gov Local Council

Advice - Gov Other

etc

Against each entry there is a 0 or a 1, if the customer took advice, it's a 1 if not it's a 0.

I would really like a single field call Government that merges all these fields into one. If any of the entries are 1 then the value in the new field would be 1, if they are all zero then the value would be zero. This way I just get the fact that they went somewhere in the government for advice.

Thanks in advance.

Hi, in this case you can use a prep flow like the one attached.

If this post resolves the question, would you be so kind to "Select as Best"?. This will help other users find the same answer/resolution and help community keep track of answered questions. Thank you.
