I recently got subscribed to tableau student subscription and got a 1-year license, my question is that for the server integration part (deployment part) do I still get 15 days trial period or it will be 1-year according to my subscription?

A Tableau Student license doesn't include a license for Tableau Server. So if you have a trial of Tableau Server that will expire in the usual 14 day period.
