Conditional Table Calculation in Tableau

Hello,

Need help with the below issue.

I have a crosstab and I want to use different calculation type based on dimension value.

Please see the below screenshot and help me with the same:

"Measure Name" pill is used in row-shelf, "Year" pill is in column-shelf and measure value is in "Text" mark. FYI
