Calculate average across columns Error: "(Average is being called with (integer,integer,integer), did you mean(float)?"

Hello there,

I am trying to calculate the avg of the three columns in OTEFinal column.

I used the following formula and it is giving me the following error.

An average is being called with (Float, float, float), did you mean (float)?

I have changed the columns from data type integer to data type float but no difference. Earlier it was giving me an error "Average is being called with (integer, integer, integer), did you mean (float)?

It is just circling back. No resolve. I don't know what am I doing wrong.

Please help.
