Create color filter for custom polygons

Hello -

I'm working with a shopping mall lease plan (background image). I have used Power Tools for Tableau to draw custom polygons for the tenant suites. I would like to create a color filter for the tenant spaces based on their respective square footages.

For example, i) If SF > 1,000, then red, ii) if 1,000 < SF < 2,000, then green iii) etc....

Since I have already attributed the Shape ID to color, is there a way to add another filter to Color on the same background image?

I hope I haven't butchered this question.
