I want to add a ref line at the cell level, I open the reference line tool wizard - but the item I want as the ref line is not in the VALUE drop down. It is a measure but it is NOT below where it would be available to the VALUE.
And here is what the Measures look like...
I want the Arithmetic mean LOS as the reference line.
What am I doing wrong?

Hi Brenda,
You can simply choose not to sum or average it by selecting Minimum or Maximum:
And then you go into Add reference line and choose Per Cell and Value and make it your desired color...
And then you can right-click the reference line and click Format to edit it further, like making the line thicker.
