Hi all,

I'm trying to add an action on a single tooltip field, but I can't find a way to do it.

If I add an action with "Menu" option and the tooltip with "Hover", it doesn't do quite the job, as the filter appears on the bottom of the tooltip.

What I would like to do is to be able to click on the number "213", for example (which is a calculated field).

Do you know if it is possible and how to do it?

Thanks

I think I know what your trying to do - I just did a presentation on this (and set/parameter actions used to nav a db) to out TUG group

I have the presentation and explanation on my blog at   See it your way: Viz in Tootip   the example you want is the last in the article

I also have a downloadable copy of the example workbook at Tableau Public that you can use in conjunction with the blog

    it looks like this
