How to show sum of Count(Distinct) in the pane title

I'm struggling to show sum of Count(Distinct) of each pane in the pane title. If I add reference lines, my chart contracts in proportion to the sum number. Please help.How to show sum of Count(Distinct) in the pane titleScreen+Shot+2019-10-22+at+11.34.08+AM.png
