Filter user in a hierarchy (Different filter at each level of hierarchy)

Hi everyone, here's what I want to do (see image):

there are 4 levels in the hierarchy. Left side is how Tableau filters and right side are where I want to go in my filtering.

Let's look at right side:

Last level of my hierarchy is a team. When my user is this team, I want it to see only its team at this level, but at lower level, I want it to see an aggregate of all teams, and so on until higher level. Exactly like the pink on right side.

Actually if I filter my lower level, I'll only see an aggregate of that same level at each step of my hierarchy.

Is it possible to do what I'm trying with User filtering ??
