Error while creating an extract with web data connector

Hello All,

I have created a web data connector and trying to create an extract using it in tableau desktop. The data source has around 760K rows and 25 columns, which is coming to around 1.5GB. I get the below error.

The same connection works when I reduce the rows to 650K.

Is there any limitation on the size of data for web data connector extracts? and is there a work around to get around this?
