By any chance can we make it possible , when we click on the quick filter ,data in the sheet should be higlighted in the dashboard.
If posible please let me know .

Do you mean when you select a value from quick filter, some data in the sheet should be highlighted ? If yes, I do not believe its possible. You can try below options :
1. Legends can be used to highlight data. Right click on legends -> select 'highlight select items', your data will get highlighted.
2. You can create filter actions using "highlight" option.
