Tableau Data Extract to Access or CSV

Hello,

I have a tableau data extract (.tde) file, however, I am trying to retrieve the data from it into an access database or CSV file.

Im looking to get the entire data set, and not just what is on the view/worksheet. Is there any way to do this?

Going to view data and copying the data from the data grid does not work well, as my data set contains over 100,000 rows.
