Hello: I have a group of organizations, 7 of which are lumped into "(Other)", since I care about them only in the aggregate.
My situation is that I'm trying to update the group, to add one into the "(Other)" and take one of the "(Other)"'s out.
So, my problem is this: I don't see that I can do that in a workbook that relies on the Extract, but was not the workbook that gave rise to the Extract - true or false?
What am I missing? How can I achieve my goal?

I have a similar problem. Each year when I add data to the database, I need to go in and make minor tweaks to the groups that I've established. But extracts collapse the groups. Unchecking Use Extracts then makes the group a bad data field. This just seems like poorly designed behavior.
