Stumped. When I want to join two pages of a .xls, the only join options I'm offered are inner, left, right. I need a full join.

implies it should be there. Is this some limitation of excel versus a normal database?
I'm using 5.0.1 Tableau and (unfortunately) Excel 2003.

I tried importing that excel into access. I thought maybe something ***** about excel forbade a full join.
Alas, trying to join the two tables inside access 2003 also shows only the "inner, left, right" join options. ugh.
I'm trying to join by dates. All the dates in one table are weekdays. All the dates in the other table are sundays. But that shouldn't matter if I look at the data, say, monthly average, etc.
