Calculating # of working days between two days

Hello there,

I use

DATEPART('day',[Referral Date])<>1 and DATEPART('day',[Comp Assessment])<>7

to calculate # of working days between two days, however I got the T|F options instead of the # of working days.

Any idea to let me know what I missed is highly appreciated.
