Rename field automatically when source table is renamed

Hello,

I have a dataset where the same Sql view is used twice (sales item and production order item).

When I added the table the second time, all the field are automated renamed ex:   "Item description (Item_View):.

When I rename the table in Tableau data pane, it doesn't change the renaming of the field, what I would like to have is something like

"Item description (Sales Item)".

Is there a way to do this and force Tableau to use the new name of the table as field suffix ? Or do I have to manually rename all the fields (there are quite a lot of them)
