I have a field called Refinery that contains 5 possible values: Refinery1, Refinery2, Refinery3, Refinery4 and Refinery5
I would like to have the legend for Refinery always show these five values, even if one of them is not contained in the current view.

Here is an alternate method (actually way more simpler) without doing
any data join. The trick is to make two sheets with one sheet having the
entire data set (no filters for Date) and use that color legend instead.
As explained above in this view there are actually 2 visuals, one is the bar chart
and the other an empty one (5 pixels by 5 pixels wide) which is placed as a floating
object and is not visible (as it is hidden below the legend).
