Convert number to date

Hi guys,

 

I have column as number like 20180723 and I want to convert it to Date dd/mm/yyyy. How to achieve this?

    Hello Rajashmita,

    You could simply change it like in the following screenshot, to Date, in the Data Source Window.  Tableau should recognize it as such. If this answers your question please mark as correct.  Thx, Don
