I am trying to map data by US neighborhoods (e.g. Chicago - Loop, River North, Old Town, etc.), and potentially other cities (as whole cities) in the future (includes Int'l).

I'm using version 2019.1.3 and the option to show map layers by neighborhoods is not available (it's not even showing up as grayed out as the site below indicates that it should be available), what am I missing?  Is my only option to cobble together state shapefiles and create my own neighborhood maps?  Thanks.

    Hi

    great question

I was able to get what you see below but I had to start on the basic gray vie and  open the mab options

then select Neighborhood  there and then convert then go back to street level on the style selector
