i want to move the Date on the X-axis which is at the above to the bottom of the prices. so that it looks like attached

Don't know if you can bring multiple headers to the bottom of the view (other than using Dashboard), but there is a way to bring both headers to top and hope this helps.
- create a Discrete Year Custom Date using [Order Date] called Hide Year
- place it on the column shelf. This brings the measure names to the top under Year
- Uncheck 'Show Headers' for Hide Year dimension
