How to show Monthwise data for last Month and next Month How to keep the data before refresh and after refresh in Tableau desktop

I have a data which is refresh or changes on Monthly basis when at the end of April the value is for customer XYZ 800 when refresh at next month it may be 900 so I have to show both the values as per attached excel , How is it possible to show it in tableau , how i can achieve this.
