I need to include my Benchmark Table(Static) which is coming from separate sheet in my existing Dashboard.
I have 4 Filters : Officer Level1 , Officer Level2 , Officer Level3 , Officer Level4 (Level 1 officer is on the Top in hierarchy)
In Different sheet I have Name Column which includes data of all my filters(all the officers name level 1 to 4) therefore whenever I select a particular value from one of my filter I should see only that particular row from my Benchmark Table.

So to achieve this I pivoted the officer level 1,2,3,and 4 columns. You can use data source page to do this. Here is the link in case you need more info on this.
Pivot Data from Columns to Rows
Set up your view.
Combine these two sheets in a dashboard. Enable the required filters.
Here for the "Name" filter click the down arrow and select>relevant values.
