Hi folks, My name i Ashraf Anwar Just join this group new to Tableau. and down to join any upcoming meetups as well.so lets get started i need some suggestions and help to understand some calculations.
ExampleDue datecompletion dateCondition 1 11/26/2019 0:0011/26/2020 10:37No ColorThe completion date equal to or less than due date "No Color" (i.e completed on time) Due datecompletion dateCondition 2 11/26/2019 0:0011/27/2020 10:37Redif due date less than the completion date color should be red Due datecompletion dateCondition 3 11/26/2019 0:0011/27/2020 10:37Redif due date less than current date (tableau system date) color should also be red Due datecompletion dateCondition 4 11/26/2019 0:0011/26/2019 0:00yellowdue date is greater than or equal 3 days (criteria) from current date (tableau system) date and there is no completion date (has not yet been completed) color yellow Due datecompletion dateCondition 5 11/13/2019 0:0011/14/2020 10:37Bluecompletion date greater than due date (i.e deadline was not met but is now completed)ON LEGEND FILTERon the right side legend(task name) should only show 001-day,005-day1 and so on rest detail must not show.*Current date means tableau (system date) (i.e day (today)*if you see any error on anycondition please mark the condtion and error* in my sample data lot of NULLS on completion date but when I get actual data is it gonna be a problem?*any suggestion about Chart selection or this is batter what I have* if any of a condition Clashes to another condition please mention

Hey Tim,
Due to requirement layout cant be change so i pivot completion date and due date but and i create calculated field but result is not showing per requirement however i agree upon your point 2 & 5 same condition but besides that calculation is not working with the color it shows only two color. hope that helps i want to see if you have any sample created plz share. Thanks
