Hello,

I'm a Salesforce Administrator in a UK based company that would like to implement Shield. I was wondering if anyone has worked with a consultancy for this purpose and would be able to share their experience with me over a quick call?

We're at a point where this project has many stakeholders (security/compliance/salesforce etc.), but they don't necessarily speak the same language, and I was wondering how people here overcame this challenge.

I would appreciate any insight you'd be willing to share.

Kind regards,

Sivan

Hi Sivan, I’m at Aekot, a Salesforce partner. A shared sheet tends to help a lot here: one row per compliance requirement, showing the data it covers, the Shield feature that handles it, and who owns it. Once everyone works from the same sheet, the language gap mostly closes.
